Uncomfortable Conversations

How to Know Yourself

If you found your way here, you are probably weary of the empty platitudes and magical thinking which dominate the best personal development books.

What passes for “higher level thinking” and being true to yourself is, ironically, just a distraction. It is only another way to keep the mind busy, running the same circles over again within its personal comfort zone.

I want to show you how to use your human greatest asset, your rational mind, to boldly go where so few have been willing to go before. No matter where you started, I can help you figure out who you really are. It is the key to finding meaning in life.
